Do I need to pay to list my company?
No. A basic company account and profile are free. You can add your portfolio and submit your profile for review without entering card details.
How do matched leads work?
Set the property types, services, areas, budget ranges and availability you want to receive. We match suitable projects to a small shortlist. You see the project brief, credit cost and how many firms receive it before choosing whether to unlock.
When does the Founding Partner trial begin?
If you are selected, the 90-day trial begins when your first suitable project is matched. It includes 3 trial unlocks, requires no card and never turns into a paid subscription automatically.
What if a lead is invalid?
Report within 7 days: duplicate request, invalid contact, withdrawal before contact, material misrepresentation, or a platform category/area matching error. Failure to win a project is not an invalid lead. Approved claims restore the original credit cost. Payment refunds are reviewed separately.
Will I receive guaranteed leads?
No. Lead supply depends on homeowner demand and your company’s suitability and capacity. We will not send unsuitable enquiries just to use an allowance.
