RenoLinkUp™ · Last updated 18 October 2026
RenoLinkUp™ is a marketplace brand operated by W Creates Digital (Reg. No. 202450467E) in Singapore (“RenoLinkUp”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you visit renolinkup.com or use our services.
1. Personal data we handle
Depending on how you use the Platform, this may include your account name and email; company profile and business contact details; renovation requirements, budget, preferred timing and general location; phone number and contact name you choose to provide; files and images you upload; quotations, messages, appointments, reviews and support requests; payment and transaction references; and basic device, log, security and preference data needed to operate the service.
2. Why we use it
We use personal data to create and secure accounts, prepare and route renovation requests, match projects with suitable businesses, enable communications and quotations, provide support, administer company listings and moderation, process disclosed fees and payments, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain service records, and meet legal obligations. To help detect review manipulation, we may create a secret-keyed, one-way digest of the network address used when a review is submitted and flag repeated patterns for human review; we do not display the address or use a shared network alone to reject a review. When enabled by the site administrator and allowed through your cookie preferences, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand public website usage. Google receives usage and device information through this service. You may refuse analytics or withdraw permission through Cookie preferences in the footer. We exclude sign-in, administrator and private dashboard pages from analytics. We do not currently send marketing messages; if that changes, we will provide the required choices. Authorised administrators may review platform messages for safety, reports, suspected contact-detail sharing or dispute handling. Automated contact-detail warnings help administrators review messages; they do not block messages or determine that a user has breached a rule.
3. When information is shared
We show public company profiles and content businesses submit for publication. For a homeowner project, we use your brief to show suitable active CaseTrust-accredited firms. You choose which company to contact. Your project brief and contact details are shared with that firm when you send it a message to start a conversation. Private attachments are shared only with the company you contact and only when needed for the project. We may also share necessary information with service providers that host, secure, support or process payments for the Platform, and with authorities or other parties where required or permitted by law. We do not sell personal data.
Matched renovation businesses act independently when they receive your details. Their subsequent handling is subject to their own privacy notices and direct relationship with you. Please review those notices before sharing further information with them.
4. Service providers and overseas processing
We use hosted infrastructure, authentication, file storage, email and payment providers to operate features. A provider is used for a feature only when configured. These providers may process data in Singapore or other countries. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take steps intended to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore), where required.
5. Cookies and similar storage
Essential storage keeps the Platform secure and remembers your choices. With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand website visits. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences. You can change cookie preferences using the link in the footer. Blocking essential storage may affect sign-in or other features.
6. Retention and security
We retain personal data for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including account operation, billing, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. We then delete it or remove identifying details when appropriate. You can request account closure or deletion; some records may need to be retained for a lawful purpose. We use access controls and other safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
7. Your choices and requests
You may request access to or correction of personal data, withdraw consent for future use or disclosure where applicable, or ask us to review a deletion request. Withdrawing project-sharing consent stops future matching and contact disclosure where the Platform can control it; it cannot retrieve information already received by a company. To make a request, email hello@wcreatesdigital.com with enough detail for us to verify and respond. We may need to retain some information or limit a request where the law permits or requires it.
8. Children and third-party links
The Platform is intended for adults planning or providing renovation services. We do not knowingly design it to collect children’s personal data. External websites and company pages have their own privacy practices.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as the Platform or applicable requirements change. The latest version and effective date will appear here. Questions or data requests can be sent to:
