These Terms & Conditions govern use of RenoLinkUp™ at renolinkup.com (the “Platform”). RenoLinkUp is a marketplace brand operated by W Creates Digital (Reg. No. 202450467E) (“RenoLinkUp”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Platform or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. What RenoLinkUp does

The Platform helps homeowners discover renovation and interior design businesses, submit project requests and compare information or quotations. RenoLinkUp is not a renovation contractor, interior design firm, architect, project manager or party to a renovation contract. Any renovation engagement is directly between the homeowner and the chosen business.

2. Homeowner requests and quotations

Homeowners may submit a project request without charge. We may try to match a request with up to three suitable firms, or one firm where the homeowner specifically selects it. Matching depends on the information provided, business availability and Platform criteria; we do not promise a match, response, quotation, price, start date or project outcome. Submitting a request does not oblige you to appoint anyone. Review each company’s credentials, scope, exclusions, payment terms, schedule and contract before making a decision.

Quotes, planning tools, estimates, profiles and reviews are provided for comparison and general information. They are not professional, legal, financial or construction advice, and should be independently checked before you rely on them.

3. Company accounts and business conduct

Businesses must provide accurate, current and authorised information, keep account credentials secure, and have the rights and permissions needed to publish their text, photographs, logos and project materials. Businesses must comply with applicable laws and professional or licensing requirements, respond only to enquiries they are permitted to contact, and not misuse homeowner data, misrepresent verification, manipulate reviews, spam users or bypass Platform safeguards. A company remains responsible for its own services, representations, quotations, contracts, workers and project delivery.

4. Fees, credits and subscriptions

Homeowner quote requests are free. Company listing options, paid lead credits, sponsored placements, trials and subscriptions are offered only as described on the relevant plan, checkout or confirmation screen. We will show applicable price, billing period, taxes and key conditions before a purchase. No lead, appointment, contract or renovation result is guaranteed. A trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription unless the checkout clearly says otherwise and you expressly agree. Credits, expiry, refunds, cancellations and invalid-lead review are governed by the terms displayed when the relevant product is purchased; if no expiry is stated, purchased credits carry forward until used. Losing a renovation project alone does not make a lead invalid.

5. CaseTrust eligibility, reviews and moderation

Only renovation businesses with active CaseTrust accreditation for renovation businesses can be published or receive matched homeowner leads. RenoLinkUp checks the official directory before approval and may hide a listing when accreditation expires or cannot be confirmed. CaseTrust’s protections are obligations of the accredited business and are governed by the relevant bond, standard contract and terms. RenoLinkUp does not issue a deposit bond, provide a renovation warranty, promise a renovation outcome or operate a separate renovation protection fund. Homeowners should check the protection proof, protected sum and contract terms before paying. Eligible reviews may be moderated under our Reviews & Verification Policy. We may remove, restrict or correct access to content or accounts that violate these Terms, create safety or legal concerns, or harm the integrity of the marketplace. Where practical, significant administrative decisions are recorded and the affected user may contact us to request review.

6. Personal data

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. You must use personal information received through the Platform only for the project and communications covered by the homeowner’s consent, and protect it appropriately.

7. Platform content and availability

RenoLinkUp and its licensors retain rights in the Platform, branding, software and original content. You retain rights in content you submit, and grant us a non-exclusive permission to host, display and use it as needed to operate, secure and promote the Platform and the listing or service you requested. You confirm you have the rights to grant that permission. We may update, suspend or discontinue Platform features, and will take reasonable steps to protect records and notify users where appropriate.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that a business is suitable for a particular project or that a profile, quotation, review or verification status is complete or current. We are not responsible for renovation work, advice, representations, contracts, delays, defects, losses or disputes between users and businesses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from third-party services or renovation engagements.

9. Suspension and account closure

You may stop using the Platform and request account closure by contacting us. We may restrict or suspend access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, security threats, legal requirements or protection of users. We will retain records only as described in the Privacy Policy and as reasonably needed for legal, security or dispute purposes.

10. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new date. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
